Q1: I don’t remember my password. I clicked “Forgot Password” on your website, but the password was not sent to my email.
Answer: Check your Spam box, if it is not there, send us an email to fdapdh@gmail.com and we will send you your login information.

Q2: How do I pay for the courses?
Answer:

Q3: I didn’t receive my certificate; how do I get my certificate?
Answer:

1. Log into your account
2. Click the download button, located to the right hand side of the course name, under the field labeled “Certificate”.

Q4: How do I print my receipt?
Answer:

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the “My Purchases” tab, located in the menu on the left hand side of the page.
3. Download your Receipt.

Q5: How do I change my email address or my password for my account?
Answer: Send us an email to fdapdh@gmail.com and we will change your new email address or password as requested.

Q6: Have any of your courses been denied or not accepted by any State Board of Engineers.
Answer: We have been in business since 2004. All our courses have always been accepted nationwide by all the State Boards of Engineers who require continuing education.
